Imbagon is a "god-mode" paragon, HM is Hard Mode...you get that unlocked when you beat the game, AB is Alliance Battles. There is a sticky for other acronyms used in the game under the Questions and Answers Section.

People use a lot of in game lingo which can be confusing at the start, I know.
Even worse, it changes as well ... PS is usually refering to Protective Spirit for example but was recently used in HA (Heroes Ascent) as abbreviation for Palm Strike.

For future puzzles I suggest just typing /wiki AB (or whatever abbreviation you look for) in your chat box. This will minimize your game and open your browser with the corresponding official Guild Wars wiki page for you. It would have given you the a straight answer to any of your above questions within seconds.

Or just go directly to http://wiki.guildwars.com and type in the abbreviation.

Doesn't work for all lingo but is a good start in 90% of your Guild Wars related questions.

Thats a warrior skill retard, and you can use it on anything. Imbagons were imba prenerf and now you have some retarded sunspear skill that's also OP. That's why they are Imbagons (imbalanced paragons)

Paragons use SY! better than Warriors, and can achieve 100% uptime even at 4 seconds.

The OP asked for the common use of the term and AFAIK Imbagon most commonly refers to a Paragon designed to pump out "Save Yourselves!".

imbagon is quite possibily one of the greatest pve builds developed, other then those perma sin farming type builds. extremly helpful in hm, and just fun to play, can maintain SY - save yourselves! which gives ur party 100 extra defense, along with TNTF - theres nothing to fear - more armor added

HM is hard mode

AB is alliance battle, and i dont have much to say on those, sincem ost answered

Efficient = imbalanced/easy to use = greatest. Really, we're just mincing words here; Imbagons make it nigh impossible for a halfway decent team to fail.
